The association was founded to advance the availability and ownership of quality homes in Idaho. We promote the purchase of manufactured housing and the development of communities in Idaho. IMHA’s government, and consumer relations programs are directed toward these goals.

ADVOCACY

IMHA employs a well-respected lobbyist who represents us during the legislative session and throughout the year as regulatory issues arise. We provide legislative updates throughout the year on subjects and items that impact our industry.

DEVELOPMENT

IMHA supports our members by offering development opportunities, including installer continuing education classes and professional development resources. We encourage all members to participate in Professional Learning.

INDUSTRY INSIGHT

Stay up to date with all things manufactured housing in the state of Idaho and Nationally. We notify our members of current industry news, government policy changes, regulatory challenges, research, trends and statistics specific to our industry.
