Manufactured Housing Installer and Inspector Mandatory VIRTUAL Training

Purpose for the Course

To fulfill the continuing education requirements for installers and inspectors in Idaho. THIS CLASS HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE IDAHO DIVISION OF BUILDING SAFETY. This course will educate and inform the manufactured housing installer inspector and retailer on technical aspects of manufactured housing placement and set-up. Under state law you are required to have 8 hours in 3 years so the course will be a 2 hour refresher (significant changes) for the first 2 hours. For the second 2 hours (for a full course) the course shall address the details of the installation standards, tie downs and foundations and the various state laws that apply.
